1. Order Processing
Orders placed directly through the Wandah Life website are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holiday periods, long weekends or times of high order volume, processing may take longer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number where applicable.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, product type and order date. Estimated delivery for physical products with Australia Post is generally 3–10 business days within Australia. Orders may take longer in remote areas or during peak periods. These times are estimates only and are outside our control. Wandah Life cannot guarantee specific delivery dates but aims to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders of physical products over $99 within Australia. For orders under $99, shipping is charged as follows:

2 books: $15.95
-
3 or more books: $19.95
When ordering through third-party retailers such as Amazon, their shipping fees and policies apply.

4. Force Majeure / Delays Beyond Our Control
Wandah Life is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme events, natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, war, terrorism, government actions or carrier delays. In such cases, order fulfilment may be suspended or delayed without liability.

5. International Orders
We currently only ship physical products within Australia, but if we extend in the future, the following will apply: For orders shipped outside of Australia, delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, exchange rate fees and carrier schedules. Wandah Life is not responsible for delays, fees or other issues arising from customs or international shipping processes.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Marketplaces
Orders purchased through third-party websites such as Amazon or other marketplaces are subject to their respective shipping policies, processing times and terms. Wandah Life is not responsible for delays, lost items or other issues arising from third-party order fulfilment. Please contact the relevant platform or seller for any issues regarding these orders.
7. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Delivery times for different items may vary and tracking numbers may be provided individually.
8. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Wandah Life’s liability is limited. If your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can assist. Buyers may need to file claims directly with the carrier depending on the circumstances.
9. Returns, Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for refused, returned or undeliverable orders. If an order is returned to Wandah Life due to refusal, incorrect address or failure to collect, the buyer will be charged for both outgoing and return shipping. For detailed information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.
10. Digital Products
Digital products purchased via the Wandah Life website are delivered instantly or within a few hours via email or your account. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase. Wandah Life is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, email service providers, spam filters or technical issues beyond our control. By purchasing a digital product, you are responsible for ensuring your device, software and internet connection are compatible with the product.

Digital products are excluded from the order total when calculating eligibility for free shipping.

RETURNS POLICY
1. Overview
This Returns Policy applies to all physical products purchased directly from the Wandah Life website. Digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.
By purchasing from Wandah Life, you agree to comply with this Returns Policy.

2. Third-Party Purchases
Orders purchased through Amazon or other third-party platforms are subject to the shipping, returns and refund policies of those platforms or sellers. Wandah Life is not responsible for processing returns, issuing store credit or handling refunds for items purchased via third-party platforms. Please contact the platform or seller directly for any issues with these orders.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, missing parts or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you must notify Wandah Life in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order.

4. Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice
Claims for returns due to change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect product choice must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Wandah Life does not provide cash refunds for these returns. Returned items must still be sent back in accordance with our returns process. Eligible items may receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs. The gift card can be used multiple times until the full value is redeemed. To use it, enter the code you received via email in the ‘Redeem a Gift Card’ field at the final checkout. This store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Product Exchange: Returned items can be exchanged for a different product. Once the item has been returned and inspected as per this policy, store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued which can be used to purchase the replacement product. If the replacement product costs more than the gift card value, the customer must pay the difference at checkout.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover handling and processing costs.
Note: Sales, clearance items, personalised or custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the gift card value.
All items must be returned using a secure, registered postal service or courier, with tracking provided to Wandah Life. Wandah Life is not responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed during return shipping if they are not properly packaged or tracked.

6. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for store credit, all returned items must:

Be in new, unused condition

Have all original packaging, tags and labels intact

Be free from marks, dirt, wear or any modifications

Be securely packaged in a registered postal bag or parcel box

Include the original order number or receipt
Returned items that do not meet these requirements may be partially credited or rejected.

7. Processing Returns and Store Credit
Once returned items are received and inspected, Wandah Life will notify you of the outcome. If approved, store credit in the form of a gift card for the eligible amount, excluding shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee, will be issued. The gift card can then be used to purchase a replacement product or any other items in our store.
If the product chosen for exchange costs more than the gift card value, the difference must be paid at checkout. Store credit cannot be refunded for cash.

8. Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item according to sections 3, 4 and 5. Once store credit is issued, it can be applied to purchase a different product, size or style.
All conditions in sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 apply to exchanges.

9. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, Wandah Life cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the product has been accessed, downloaded or otherwise delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing or using a digital product, or if the product appears defective, please contact us immediately at hello@wandahlife.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots if relevant. While refunds cannot be issued, Wandah Life will make reasonable efforts to provide support, troubleshooting guidance or replacement of the product file where appropriate.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your device, software and internet connection are compatible with the product. Wandah Life makes no guarantees regarding compatibility, performance or results from using digital products.

10. How to Return Items
Before returning any item, you must contact Wandah Life for return approval and to obtain the correct return shipping address at hello@wandahlife.com.

Do not send items to any warehouse or address that has not been specifically provided to you for the purpose of returning products. Wandah Life will not process unapproved returns or issue store credit for items sent to incorrect addresses.
WARRANTY POLICY

3. Warranty Coverage

All physical goods are covered under the Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and any specific warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and is subject to the product standards detailed by the manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, improper storage, pets or unauthorised modifications

Products returned due to a change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect product choice (these are handled under the Returns Policy)

4. Reporting Defects

You must inspect products immediately upon receipt. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, missing parts or does not match its description, please notify Wandah Life in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos or videos of the defect so we can address the issue promptly.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the product in good order and condition. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees of the ACL.

5. Handling Defective Products

Do not attempt to repair, alter or dispose of any defective product without written consent from Wandah Life, as doing so may void the warranty.
A defective product is defined as having a major failure or fault. This does not include:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, neglect, pets or unauthorised modifications

Discomfort or dissatisfaction that is subjective

Damage caused during storage or shipping unrelated to manufacturing defects
6. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products must be returned using a secure, tracked postal or courier service and tracking details must be forwarded to Wandah Life. Wandah Life is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if they are not properly tracked or packaged.

Once returned items are received and inspected, Wandah Life will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you may receive:

A full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) to your original payment method
Refunds may take a few days to appear depending on your financial institution.

9. Store Credit and Exchanges

Products returned due to change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect product choice are not covered under warranty, but can be returned for store credit under the Returns Policy.

11. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Before returning any item, you must submit a warranty claim using the “MAKE A CLAIM” button below to obtain approval and the correct return shipping address.

Do not send items to any warehouse or address that has not been specifically provided to you for the purpose of returning products. Wandah Life will not process unapproved returns or issue store credit for items sent to incorrect addresses.
