THE
ENDLESS MIND
JOURNAL
"A structured guide to challenge your overthinking"
This is a tool for overthinkers who are tired of thinking about their overthinking
IF YOUR MIND DOESN'T SWITCH OFF, THIS IS FOR YOU
You replay conversations like a song stuck on repeat.
You plan so much you forget to start.
You lie awake drafting to-do lists you’ll never finish.

The Endless Mind Journal has been reviewed and recommended by clinical psychologist Dr. James Champion from MindTree Psychology. It is designed to give your thoughts structure and a way forward rather than vague advice. Being undated, you can use it daily, weekly or whenever you need.
Four clear phases take you from noticing and sorting your conscious thoughts through to testing and reinforcing what works for you. Each phase has its own entry pages and exercises that break down the process so you can actively work through patterns of overthinking.

WHAT MAKES THE ENDLESS MIND JOURNAL UNIQUE
-
Four structured phases with 14 recurring entry pages per phase, with an open time frame
-
Phase-specific exercises based on cognitive behavioural therapy and supportive techniques
-
A balanced approach with space for both positive and challenging thoughts
-
You can use it daily, weekly or whenever you need with the undated format
-
Brain reset pages for fresh starts
-
Reflective check-ins to review past entries and notice patterns
-
An Emergency help kit with practical strategies to interrupt overthinking and ease anxiety
-
Flexible trackers and the space to develop your own strategies
THE FOUR PHASES
Each phase has a clear purpose and focuses on a different part of the process. First you practise noticing and recording your thoughts. Then you filter what matters most. From there you can start testing new approaches and finally reinforce the ones that work best for you.
PHASE - 1
UNLOAD
Get everything out. Clear your mind of looping thoughts without organising or analysing anything.
PHASE - 2
FILTER
Step back and make sense of what showed up. Spot patterns and decide what deserves your energy.
PHASE - 3
REWIRE
Change perspective. Try new ways of thinking to respond better to whatever your brain comes up with.
PHASE - 4
REINFORCE
Strengthen what works and build habits. Focus on repetition, reflection and creating a reliable toolkit.

THE DREAM COLLECTOR JOURNAL
Overthinking does not stop when you fall asleep. Many people find their restless thoughts show up again in dreams. The Dream Collector Journal gives you a way to capture those details, recognise repeating themes and see what your subconscious is prioritising. This can help you identify the areas to focus on in your awake life. Together, the two journals cover your mind at every stage, awake and asleep.
