International Sales: For sales outside of Australia, including those made through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, import restrictions, taxes, customs duties, tariffs, exchange rate fees and other charges. Wandah Life is not responsible for any delays, losses or additional costs incurred due to customs inspections, local regulations or shipping practices of third-party carriers or marketplaces. Any currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences and guarantees are your responsibility. 6. Returns and Refunds: Our policy on returns, exchanges and refunds differs based on the type of product (physical, POD, dropshipped or digital). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales for these are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Digital Products and Intellectual Property License

 

The following terms apply specifically to all digital products (e.g., e-books, templates, courses, printables, software and downloadable files) purchased from Wandah Life.

Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the digital product solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, unless a separate commercial license has been expressly purchased. This license allows you to download, access and use the product on compatible devices and systems. Any access credentials, download links or licence keys provided are for your use only and must not be shared or transferred to any third party. Wandah Life may provide updates, enhancements or support related to digital products at its discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.​

2. Prohibited Actions: You must not and agree not to:

   • Share, distribute or transfer the digital product to any third party.

   • Resell, rent, lease or sublicense the digital product, in whole or in part.

   • Reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit any portion of the digital product or its intellectual content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Wandah Life.

   • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or code contained within the digital product.

   • Use the digital product in any manner that competes with the business of Wandah Life.

3. Termination for Violations: Any violation of these terms, including unauthorised sharing, commercial use or misuse of credentials, will result in immediate termination of your licence without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the digital product, delete all copies and destroy any related materials. Wandah Life reserves the right to enforce these rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking injunctive relief, damages or other remedies.​

4. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that digital products will be compatible with all software, operating systems or devices, nor do we guarantee specific results from using the product.​

5. Intellectual Property Rights: This licence does not confer ownership. All intellectual property rights in the digital product remain with Wandah Life. All sales of digital products are final, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.​

6. All sales of digital products are final, due to their nature as downloadable or accessed content. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not available once a product has been downloaded, accessed or licence credentials have been issued, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Wandah Life is not liable for defects, variations in production, quality, misprints, stock shortages or delays caused by third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
